7  Spike sorting (coding)

For the coding section we will use the: notebooks/spike-sorting-coding.ipynb.

This is a Jupyter notebook file, and can be run in most development environments (e.g. VSCode). Alternatively, Jupyter Lab can be used to run notebooks in the browser or desktop interactively.
